Increased FDG uptake by the margins of large cavity seen at the right lung apex (SUV max 7),

Multifocal increased FDG by multiple patches of air space consolidations and tree-in bud densities scattered throughout both lung lobes, the highest metabolic cavity (SUV max 9) is seen at the right lower lung lobe,

Multiple small cavitary lesions are seen at the right lower lung lobe.

Increased FDG uptake by multiple enlarged retrocaval, subcarinal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes
