Post traumatic urethral stricture

Scout view showing bilateral superior and inferior pubic rami fractures. Suprapubic catheter is also noted.

Contrast was given through the feeding tube placed in the penile urethra which shows abrupt cut-off at the bulbomembranous junction. Urinary bladder was then filled through suprapubic catheter. Afterward, the contrast was again given through penile urethra while patient was asked to strain to map the length of the stricture.

No extravasation or intravasation of contrast is noted. No leak through the urinary bladder.
