Presentation

Decrease level of consciousness. Found to have increased blood pressure.

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Diffuse bilateral vasogenic edema affecting the white matter that is almost symmetrical.

MRI brain confirm white matter vasogenic edema without restriction or abnormal enhancement on post Gad adminstration.
