Dysphagia more to fluids than solids.

Age: 25-30
Gender: Female
Barium

Grossly dilated contrast filled esophagus down to a tight stricture at gastroesophageal junction with parrot beak appearance. Severe tertiary contractions giving a corkscrew appearance to the esophagus.

Diagnosis: primary achalasia
