Presentation

Unsteady gait for three weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
ct

CT demonstrates a periventricular hyperdense lesion.

mri

MRI confirms the presence of a periventricular enhancing lesion which demonstrates restricted diffusion and enhancement.

Histology

pathology

Small round blue cells with strong positive immunostain for CD20 (B cell marker), consistent with Non-Hodgkin large B cell lymphoma.

Features consistent with lymphoma which confirmed on pathology.
