Chest x-ray demonstrates a massive left-sided pleural effusion with mediastinal shift to the right.


CT Abdomen and pelvis (selected images)

Large heterogeneous, predominantly hypoattenuating, and circumscribed mass in the spleen. It occupies the entire left abdomen associated with pleural effusion and right displacement of midline structures.

Case Discussion

Histopathology revealed a primary non-Hodgkin splenic lymphoma.​
