Case Discussion
Though there are interstitial reticular opacities, some ground-glass opacities in the posterior lingula, and subpleural fibrosis, the pattern of translucencies is more typical for paraseptal emphysema than honeycombing. The UIP-typical apico-basal gradient is lacking, as well.
