There is a large well-defined pedunculated intracavitary mass, arising from the posterior uterine wall, prolapsing into the vagina through an enlarged endocervical canal.
The lesion displays intermediate signal intensity on T1WI, inhomogeneous high signal on T2WI with internal cystic changes surrounded by hyperintense fluid, and thin rim enhancement after contrast injection.
Transmural hypo enhancing myoma measuring about 55 x 65 mm along with uterus body left lateral side.
Case Discussion
The MRI features are most consistent with an endometrial polyp.
