Proximal focal femoral deficiency

Small and dysplastic bilateral femurs with shortening of lower limbs which is more marked on left side.
Diagnosis of bilateral Proximal focal femoral deficiency was made (class B on right side and class C on left side).

Both lower limbs were shortened (more on left side) with malformed toes.
