Restricted elbow and forearm movements.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral proximal radioulnar osseous synostosis manifested by osseous continuity between the proximal radii and ulnae bones.

These fusions involve the entirety of both radial heads and fix the forearms in a pronated position.

Case Discussion

Findings are consisting with congenital proximal radioulnar osseous synostosis.
