Presentation

Slipped over a step and felt pain in the lateral aspect of the foot.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Three x-rays of the left foot demonstrating a fracture through the base of the fifth metatarsal involving the tarsometatarsal joint. This is in keeping with a pseudo-Jones fracture.
