Solid oval hypoechoic mass with circumscribed margins in parallel orientation
Case Discussion
The tumor form of PASH commonly presents as a single, circumscribed, palpable mass in a premenopausal female. There are no specific imaging findings to distinguish PASH from other solid breast masses like fibroadenoma. Definitive diagnosis requires pathology. This case was confirmed by core biopsy to be a case of PASH.
