Pseudomyxoma peritonei

Post-operative changes are seen as right hemicolectomy.
Moderate ascites is present. There are multiple low-attenuating lesions scalloping the liver margin. Multiple varying sized soft tissue masses also are seen on greater omentum especially at LUQ. Few low-enhancing masses are noted at left liver lobe less than 10mm.

Known and previously operated case of colon cancer with ascites, evidence of pseudomyxoma peritonei and hepatic metastasis.
General imaging differential considerations include:
- peritoneal carcinomatosis without mucinous ascites
- peritoneal sarcomatosis
- peritonitis
