Presentation

Known and previously operated case of right colon cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
ct

Post-operative changes are seen as right hemicolectomy.
Moderate ascites is present. There are multiple low-attenuating lesions scalloping the liver margin. Multiple varying sized soft tissue masses also are seen on greater omentum especially at LUQ. Few low-enhancing masses are noted at left liver lobe less than 10mm.
