Presentation

Non-specific abdominal pain and distension

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse peritoneal fluid and calcified cystic lesions throughout peritoneal cavity, especially around the spleen. Note Sister Mary Joseph nodule in the umbilicus and calcified mass adjacent to the cecum (in the appendix i.e. origin of the low grade mucinous adenocarcinoma)
