Diffuse swelling in the left lumbar posterolateral region for the last few weeks.

Psoas abscess

Large left psoas abscess herniating to the posterior aspect of the lumbar region and posterior to the oblique abdominal muscles. Extension to an abnormal intervertebral lumbar disc.
A lumbar radiograph was suggested.
Right small psoas abscess.
