Consistent right sided pain post fall with associated subdural hemorrhage

Patient Data

Age: 81
Gender: Female

Initial imaging

x-ray

No obvious fracture femoral or pelvic fracture can be observed. There is a faint radio-opaque line over the medial aspect of the right inferior pubic rami.

Three days post fall, the patient is still complaining of right-sided pelvic pain now with associated 'shooting' pain down the leg.
