Sternal wires noted. Left pulmonary artery stent. The right pulmonary artery is enlarged. No pulmonary plethora. Mild prominence of the left atrial appendage. Cardiothoracic ratio is within normal limits. The lungs and pleural spaces are clear.
Case Discussion
The patient was from another country, spoke limited English and couldn't recall the type of CHD she had had surgery for. Just a simple case example of a pulmonary artery stent.
