Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

Filling defect seen within the distal left main pulmonary artery extending into the upper and lower lobar arteries and their segmental branches. Filling defects also seen in the anterior and apical segmental arteries of the right upper lobe, right middle lobe segmental arteries and right lower lobar artery and its segmental branches. Elevated right sided pressures with straightening of the interventricular septum and reflux of contrast into the inferior vena caval and hepatic veins.
