Pulmonary lymphoma

Ill-defined nodules are present in both lungs, many of which show distinct and prominent air bronchograms. Scattered cystic changes are present in both lungs, some of which may
represent dilated bronchi. Elsewhere, there are mild areas of bronchial wall thickening. The hilar and mediastinal structures are normal.
Conclusion:
Multifocal pulmonary nodules, exhibiting features typical of lymphoma. The largest mass has increased in size. There are generalized airway changes bilaterally which may represent a combination of bronchiectasis and emphysema.
