Cough and fever. History of pulmonary valve stenosis.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Heart size is within normal limits in size. There is prominence of the main pulmonary artery. The peripheral pulmonary arteries are normal in size. The lungs demonstrate normal bronchovascular markings and pleural spaces are clear.
