Known case of Sickle cell anemia presented with vertigo for 2 days duration.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male

A small T1 hyperintense lesion at the quadrigeminal cistern that saturate at fat sat sequences in keeping with lipoma.

Case Discussion

Intracranial lipomas are congenital lesions and as such are found at any age when the brain is imaged for other reasons.
