Cortical disruption and lucency through the base of the radial styloid, consistent with fracture.

Further oblique and lateral views clearly delineate the radial styloid fracture. 

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates the difficulty on diagnosing or excluding fractures on a single projection. Always trace the cortex of each bone to make sure there is no disruption.
