Presentation

The patient slipped and landed over the outstretched right hand, on examination: there is pain over the right wrist lateral side with tenderness over anatomical snuffbox and scaphoid bone region and there is a limitation on lateral and medial rotation motion.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
  • An Intra-articular radial styloid fracture is seen.
  • Suspected scaphoid fracture.
  • Soft tissue shadows appear swollen.
  • An Intra-articular radial styloid fracture is seen.
  • Suspected scaphoid fracture.
  • Soft tissue shadows appear swollen.
