Radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis

Linear and reticular densities are seen in the left upper zone with mild bronchiectasis. Findings are most likely due to radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis.
Left-sided mastectomy is noted. Surgical clips are seen in the left axilla.
Case Discussion
Radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis is a late manifestation of radiation-induced lung disease (RILD) and typically occurs between 6 and 12 months following completion of radiotherapy.
