Patient with nonfunctioning left kidney by severe hydronephrosis.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

CTA Abdominal aorta

Computed tomography angiography shows:

  • right renal artery with caliber and flow preserved. Thrombosed saccular aneurysm at the bifurcation of the right renal artery
  • exclusion of left kidney. Renal artery flow tapered and maintained
  • a spiral splenic artery (no pathological)
