Computed tomography angiography shows:
- right renal artery with caliber and flow preserved. Thrombosed saccular aneurysm at the bifurcation of the right renal artery
- exclusion of left kidney. Renal artery flow tapered and maintained
- a spiral splenic artery (no pathological)
