Presentation
Presented to the emergency department with two episodes of transient ischemic attack. Along with routine blood workup, an ultrasound was requested for which detected a mass lesion in the right kidney and the patient was referred for further evaluation with contrast enhanced CT.

Multiphase contrast enhanced CT study of the kidneys
Arterially enhancing mass lesion with central non enhancing areas and calcification within are seen completely distorting the normal anatomy of the right kidney with distortion of fat planes between segment VI and VII of liver.
There is mild ascites predominantly in the Morrison's pouch, right paracolic gutter and right inguinal region. The renal vein appears preserved.
