Renal cell carcinoma with tumor thrombus in IVC

A large left renal mass, with intermediate T2 signal and no drop of signal on T1-out-of-phase sequence excluding fat content. It shows post-contrast enhancement with necrotic core, It is invading the pelvicalyceal system and left renal vein with a tumor thrombus extending to the inferior vena cava till its hepatic segment. Ipsilateral renal hilar and para-aortic lymphadenopathy noted.

A lobulated soft tissue mass lesion is noted along the axis of the right oblique fissure, suggestive of pleural metastasis.
