The multiloculated cystic lesion in the right side renal sinus encased in the UPJ is seen which has extrarenal extension and is partially encased in the proximal segment of the right side ureter and has close contact with adjacent psoas muscle in some parts. The lesion has not any obvious enhancement.
Case Discussion
The case is an aspiration-proved renal sinus lymphangioma. The renal lymphangiomatosis is a rare benign lesion of the kidney and in symptomatic cases the definite treatment is complete surgical excision.
