Right eye posteromedial intraocular mass lesion based on retina with heterogeneous hypointense signal on T1 and T2 with evident post-contrast enhancement. No extraocular extension.
Elliptical-shaped intraocular lesion at the posterolateral aspect of the right eye with high signal intensity on T1 and low signal intensity on T2, reflecting hemorrhagic retinal detachment.
Case Discussion
MR images demonstrate right retinoblastoma with retinal detachment.
