Well demarcated cleft with fine sclerotic margins of the right pedicle in keeping with a retrosomatic cleft.
Case Discussion
Fusion anomaly between the vertebral body and pedicle. Must be differentiated from clefts at the interarticular portion, the posterior arch, and the neurocentral synchondrosis.
