Reverse cervical lordosis

The cervical lordosis appears reversed. Cervical alignment is intact. Vertebral body height is preserved. No prevertebral soft tissue swelling. 

Case Discussion

People with reverse cervical lordosis may experience neck pain, stiffness, or reduced range of motion. It is commonly postural but can also be seen in the setting of trauma, pain or disease.
