Peripherally located left lower zone ovoid opacity overlying the left anterior sixth rib with associated rib destruction.

Confirms the presence of a destructive soft tissue mass eroding the left anterior 6th rib.
(Pathologic fracture involving the superior T6 endplate and probable subtle pathologic fracture involving the inferior T8 end plate also present).
Case Discussion
This patient went on to have further imaging which showed several osseous and hepatic metastases, with no primary identified. Biopsy of a liver lesion showed sarcomatoid carcinoma.
