MR demonstrates hypoplasia of posterior body, spenium & anteriormost rostrum of corpus callosaum (corpus callosal dysgenesis) with a curvilinear/ ribbon pericallosal lipoma extending till anterior commisure.

As is often the cases an azygous ACA is also present.
