Joint effusion with innumerable tiny intra-articular inclusions (rice bodies). No meniscoligamentous injury. Joint spaces are preserved. No joint erosion. No epiphyseal overgrowth.
Case Discussion
This patient had a known history of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, which is important, as rice bodies themselves are a non-specific finding.
