Chest X-ray demonstrate signs of collapse of right lower lobe with triangular shaped opacity in the medial right lower zone but the right heart border is still preserved. The trachea deviate to the right without elevation of hemi-diaphragm.

The increase density at right lower lobe with occlusion of right lower bronchus indicate collapse of the right lower lobe. There is ground-glass opacity around the collapsed right lower lobe and left lower lobe. There is also fibrotic pattern at the base of left lower lobe.
