CXR shows consolidation in the right mid zone, with an unclear border. It has no silhouette with heart border, indicating the right lower lobe location, which is confirmed on the lateral projection.

Hyperdense patchy opacity in the right lower lobe, addition with air bronchogram and many satellite nodule.
