HRCT of the chest demonstrates marked right middle lobe bronchiectasis with extensive volume loss. In the medial basal segment of the right lower lobe a number of centrilobular opacities are demonstrated, some with a tree-in-bud appearance.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with Mycobacterium avium complex infection (Lady Windermere syndrome) with associated RML bronchiectasis.
