Shortness of breath.

  • complete collapse of the right middle lobe. The air bronchogram sign is seen in the consolidated segment, no endobronchial lesion is detected
  • horizontal fissure is not seen. A triangular density with its base at the heart seen representing the atelectatic segment of right middle lobe
  • lung fields demonstrated minimal degree of centrilobular emphysematous mainly in both upper lobes
