The lesser trochanter is more clearly visible on the right indicating external rotation  of the femur, a finding that is suspicious for a femoral neck fracture. There is a sclerotic line at the site of the basicervical fracture.

Non displaced minimally impacted subcapital right neck of femur fracture. The right hip joint remains enlocated. Stranding within adjacent soft tissues consistent with soft tissue injury. No pelvic ring or sacral fracture.
