Breathlessness for 12 hours.

Age: 8 years
Gender: Male

Mild right-sided volume loss with partial collapse of the right upper lobe. 

Case Discussion

The patient had symptoms of a lower respiratory tract infection and the presumed cause was mucous plugging.
