The CTU demonstrates right hydronephrosis with ureteral dilatation up to L4 level where there are two ureteral stones (13 and 14 mm, density around 810 HU), obstructing partially the ureteric lumen. The distal ureter is opacified with normal size.
Normal appearance of the left kidney with no hydronephrosis or ureteric dilatation.
Normal appearance of the urinary bladder with no bladder calculi.
