Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years old
Gender: Female

Cerebellar and fourth ventricular tumor, with both parenchymal and intraventricular components. Predominantly cystic, with heterogeneously enhancing solid components. Scattered calcifications. Obstructive hydrocephalus (not shown).

Case Discussion

Complete macroscopic excision. Histopathology : rosette-forming glioneuronal tumor.
