Rotator cuff tear and muscle atrophy

Absent long head of biceps tendon in bicipital groove. Long head belly atrophy ( white ) as compared to normal ( black ) short head belly. Comparision with symptomatic and asymptomatic biceps gives more clear idea. Massive tear of supraspinatous ( 3 cm retraction ) with muscle belly atrophy. Acromian spur present.
