Comet tail sign of round atelectasis in a patient with asbestos related calcified pleural plaques. 

Case Discussion

CT of a 70 year old male patient demonstrates bilateral lower lobe volume loss with pleural thickening and parenchymal bands in keeping with asbestos related disease.

Rounded soft tissue density regions are in keeping with round atelectasis.
