The Roux limb may be brought to the stomach along different paths, one is Anterocolic-Anterogastric course.

The Roux limb may be brought to the stomach along different paths, another one is retrocolic-retrogastric path, that involves tunneling the Roux limb through a surgically created defect in the transverse mesocolon, behind the excluded stomach.
