Large saccular aneurysmal dilatation of the aortic arch associated with mural thrombosis and surrounding hematoma, the sac has a wide neck and originates just distal to the origin of the left subclavian artery and slightly compressing it. No free fluid in the mediastinal cavity or contrast material in the surrounding hematoma.
Case Discussion
The surrounding hematoma is suggestive of its chronic contained rupture.
