Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral sacroiliac joint sclerosis and irregular widening in keeping with ankylosing spondylitis. Romanus lesions inferiorly on L1 and L2.

HLA-B27 positive patient shows bilateral sacroiliac joint sclerosis and irregular widening in keeping with ankylosing spondylitis. Romanus lesions inferiorly on L1 and L2.
