Saddle pulmonary embolus with Westermark sign

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Regional oligemia in the left middle and lower zone consistent with Westermark sign, suggestive of pulmonary embolism. 

There is a large embolus located at the base of main pulmonary artery extending into common basal artery of both lungs. There is mild pleural effusion in the right lung.
