A burger or sandwich bun with the thin content wedged between two thicker bread parts.

Case Discussion

The sandwich or burger sign has been associated with conglomerate lymphadenopathy when the nodes are like bread, with the normal anatomical structure like the aorta, being like the sandwich content such as cheese or a beef burger.
