Reflux of flow in the saphenous femoral junction during Valsalva.
Case Discussion
Reflux of blood flow in the great saphenous vein during Valsalva or after flow augmentation lasting more than 2 seconds is considered as a cause of the valve malfunction and the main cause of varicosities.
